It guarantees accurate measurement, secure installation, and weatherproof sealing that prevents leaks and drafts. Before installation, inspect the surrounding work area, set up warnings and protective barriers, and eliminate safety hazards such as falling objects.
Count and prepare profiles, hardware, sealing, and auxiliary materials, checking all installation components against the list.
Lay protective mats in the work area to prevent finished floors and window frames from being scratched during installation.
Verify that the wall opening dimensions match the drawings and confirm that any deviation is within the allowable range.
Apply waterproofing around the opening to lay the foundation for subsequent sealing and installation.
Remove the window frame packaging and inspect the profiles, glass, and hardware for any shipping damage.
Re-check that the window frame matches the opening dimensions to ensure a smooth fit.
Check that safety harnesses, ropes, and other fall-protection equipment for work at height are properly in place.
Use a level to precisely position the window frame horizontally, vertically, and in depth.
Position the window frame and temporarily secure it with air cushions / shims to keep it stable and aligned.
Install anchor screws at the designated connection points to preliminarily secure the window frame.
Securely anchor the window frame to the wall structure using expansion bolts.
Position shims and bolts at standard intervals to ensure the window frame bears loads evenly.
Clear debris and dust from the opening and window frame gaps to facilitate sealing work.
Lightly mist the joint area with water to improve the adhesion of foam and sealing materials.
Fill the gap between the window frame and the wall with expanding foam sealant.
Inject structural sealant on the exterior wall side to strengthen connection strength and overall waterproofing.
Clear debris from the profile cavities and tracks to ensure smooth drainage and sliding.
Place glazing shims between the glass and frame to distribute load evenly and prevent stress concentration.
Install and align the trim/snap-on beading to complete the edging and final finish.
Seal the joints between the window frame and the wall to ensure air tightness and water tightness.
Mark and install the pressure line to ensure the sealing strips are firmly compressed and evenly loaded.
